Queenslanders will soon be able to tap on and off public buses using a bank card, phone, or smartwatch as the state enters the final stages of introducing its ticketless transport system.
Only two of Brisbane’s bus operators have yet to completely activate contactless pay. Buses in regional centres will have access to the tech once it’s been implemented across Brisbane.
