A fire at a pub in Bangkok on Sunday night killed at least 27 people and injured 63.
The blaze started just before midnight at a popular venue in the city’s Chatuchak district.
Thailand’s Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said most of those killed were trying to seek shelter from the flames in the bathroom at the back of the premises.

The fire started at the Na Ladprao pub, a well known local venue in northern Bangkok.
A musician performing at the venue said he saw smoke coming from a circuit breaker near the stage, just before the power cut out. Smoke filled the venue almost immediately.
It took firefighters about half an hour to get the blaze under control. Authorities say the exact cause is still under investigation.
No Australians are believed to be among the victims or injured at this stage.
